Our farming operations provide a unique advantage. Spanning over 100 miles in the Mesilla Valley of New Mexico from the northern Uvas Valley to south of Las Cruces in Anthony, and West to Deming, NM. We proudly offer 100% USA grown, hand-harvested produce that cultivates in the Rio Grande rifver, using quality water for exceptional onion crops June -August.

Iceberg Lettuce
July - November
We also grow premium iceberg lettuce in the San Luis Valley of southern Colorado in Center, where the altitude and climate ensure top quality available July - Sept.

Later, in the Mesilla Valley of New Mexico, the mild temperatures nutrient-rich soil create ideal conditions for crisp, flavorful lettuce available October - Nov.
Cabbage
Our cabbage crop flourishes in the Mesilla Valley of New Mexico. Unfortunately, it won't be available in 2025.
